Maria Fernanda represents domestic and foreign private and public companies, as well as private equity funds in connection with a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A transactions and joint ventures. She is experienced in corporate governance matters, corporate reorganizations, commercial agreements and corporate regulatory matters.
Representing clients from various industries and business sectors, more recently her practice has focused on healthcare and life sciences sectors. Maria Fernanda is admitted to practice law in New York and has previously served as an associate at Mattos Filho’s New York office.
