Experience
Rafael has almost fifteen years’ experience working with litigation and advisory matters in the area of labor law. He provides legal assistance to clients from different industries with a focus on markets in Rio de Janeiro, working to facilitate business via an executive, problem-solving-based approach.
Prior to joining Mattos Filho, he worked as an international lawyer at Lewis Silkin in London, and also interned at the Public Defender Service in Washington, D.C. Rafael is currently a visiting professor at Ibmec’s postgraduate school.
