We prepare, review and assist with implementing salary plans, variable compensation or executive compensation, as well as benefits such as health and private pension plans. We also provide guidance on matters related to immigration, employee transfers and dismissing or hiring executives and key staff. We act in investigations and review internal compliance, reporting channels and employee monitoring structures. We also provide assistance with diversity and inclusion initiatives, policy reviews and human resources advice, as well as with union negotiations, developing strategies and preparing and revising collective bargaining agreements. We also advise on corporate restructuring and performance in labor audits.

We assist with strategic litigation plans for both judicial and administrative litigation, specializing in matters before the Labor Prosecutor’s Office regarding investigative proceedings and the defense of public civil suits. We provide specialized assistance in Brazil’s higher courts while monitoring legislative bills and working with trade associations to propose legislative changes. Together with the firm’s Litigation & Arbitration practice, we apply our expertise to labor arbitrations and disputes addressed in the Superior Court of Justice (STJ). We also assist with pre-litigation mediation and negotiations for individual or collective matters with employees, unions and the Labor Prosecutor’s Office.
