Daniel Vergna has 15 years specializing in labor and employment law, focusing on strategic consultation and litigation support for international clients. He worked in Argentina, the United States, and Japan, which allowed him to provide tailored advice on comparative labor law and supporting corporate and finance transactions with a pragmatic, detail-oriented approach. He is an active member of several business and legal organizations, including the Business Management and Promotion of Local Japanese Companies Group and the Human Resources Committee of the Brazilian-Japanese Chamber of Commerce in São Paulo. Daniel regularly participates in meetings and events of other Chambers of Commerce from countries such as Spain, the United States, and the United Kingdom. He is a former member of the Japan Society in New York and the Japanese Law Society of New York University. Daniel is a frequent speaker and author on labor and employment law topics, both in Brazil and internationally.
