Filipe has more than 15 years’ experience working with labor law matters, particularly in relation to the Rio de Janeiro market. He assists clients from different industries with judicial and administrative labor litigation (both in individual and class actions), in addition to advising companies on strategic issues related to labor relations, internal investigations, compensation and benefits, and labor issues related to M&A transactions and IPOs.
