Bárbara advises clients in the electricity sector on complex contracts and regulatory matters. Her experience includes structuring contractual and regulatory solutions, with a focus on commercialization, market opening, PPAs, and self-production projects and data centers.
In addition, she provides regulatory advice by preparing legal opinions and conducting administrative proceedings, and assists industry participants with mergers and acquisitions transactions, self-production projects, bidding procedures, and the drafting, review, and negotiation of power purchase agreements, share purchase agreements, and shareholders’ agreements entered into among industry participants, among others.
