We assist with initial public offerings (IPOs), preparing due diligence reports, offerings and registrations with Brazil’s Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).

We assist with project financing transactions for the construction of platforms, refineries, power plants, oil pipelines, lubricant plants and other major construction works in the sector.

We advise on all phases of public bids for concessions and production-sharing agreements for hydrocarbon exploration and production in Brazil.

We monitor amendments to the regulatory framework governing oil and gas exploration and exploitation in Brazil, especially in regard to pre-salt layer gas production.
