He assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, contracts, financing and regulatory matters in all these sectors, and has been involved in numerous transactions and projects, as well as in drafting and negotiating specific contracts in all segments (down, mid and upstream).
Bruno was previously a lawyer at London-based law firm Herbert Smith Freehills.
