Experience

Antonio has over 25 years of experience in legal consulting and litigation on environmental, social, and climate-related issues. He advises on M&A and financial transactions, including governance, ESG disclosure and policy matters, due diligence, project structuring, and environmental permitting. Antonio also assists with environmental negotiations and judicial and administrative litigation, representing local and international clients across sectors, including energy, oil and gas, mining, steel, chemicals, transportation, telecommunications, real estate, sanitation and waste management, agribusiness, pulp and paper, and forest exploitation. He also serves as an officer of the Environment, Health and Safety Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA) and as a member of the Expert Advisory Board for the Oxford University Climate Hub.

Brazil submits NDC, Senate approves carbon market bill
