State of São Paulo publishes Invitation to Bid on State Lottery
Open to domestic and foreign bidders, the invitation calls for the necessary documentation to enter the process in December

On October 31, 2022, the State of São Paulo published the Invitation to Bid on the Concession of Public Lottery Services in São Paulo. The document contains the criteria and conditions for selecting the company or companies that will be responsible for the operation of fixed odds bets, specific prediction lotteries, sports prediction lotteries, numerical prediction lotteries, instant lotteries, and passive lotteries. The concession period will be of 20 years.
Bidding process
The bid is open to domestic and foreign bidders, who may participate independently or through a consortium. The estimated value of the agreement is nearly BRL 1 billion.
Proposals should be sent by December 1.
