Mattos Filho wins at Latin Lawyer Awards 2024

Mattos Filho’s performance has been recognized once again at this year’s Latin Lawyer Awards, one of the legal sector’s most important award ceremonies. The firm was recognized in the ‘Deal of the Year – Mergers and Acquisitions: Public Companies’ category for a transaction in which General Atlantic and Dragoneer purchased shares in Arco Educação.

The firm also received the ‘Diversity Initiative of the Year’ award (originally announced in January) for the work of Lire, the religious freedom affinity group within Mattos Filho’s Diversity Equity & Inclusion program. Lire organized actions in consideration of professionals with Muslim and Jewish backgrounds in light of the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.
