Executive Compensation practice recognized as Band 1
In the new Social Security category within the guide, Mattos Filho’s Executive Compensation practice was listed as Band 1, highlighting the firm’s expertise in this area.
Applying a multidisciplinary approach, the practice focuses on the tax, labor, social security and corporate law impacts of incentive plans for executives. It assists with preparing short, medium and long-term plans and advises on related administrative or judicial litigation matters to mitigate potential risks for clients.
