Award-winning insurance lawyer
Adriano has over 15 years’ experience and has advised major market players, including insurers, reinsurers, and insurance and benefits brokers, as well as handling insurance-related matters in infrastructure projects. As a specialist in the insurance industry, Adriano consults on M&A, corporate and regulatory matters, and interacts with regulatory agencies.
“In joining Mattos Filho – a leading reference among Brazilian full-service law firms – I seek to make my contribution to the firm’s business strategy. Our work philosophies are closely aligned, and we share the vision that the insurance industry requires a highly specialized team familiar with the particular characteristics and challenges of the market,” said Adriano.
With a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from the Brazilian Institute of Capital Markets (IBMEC-RJ) and a law degree from Pontifical Catholic University in Rio de Janeiro, Adriano has received a number of notable recognitions during 2023.
