As a specialist in transactions within the insurance sector (including M&A, bancassurance, and other forms of insurance distribution), Adriano works on large-scale transactions involving publicly-held companies, as well as middle-market and startup transactions.
Adriano has over 15 years’ experience advising key market players, including insurance and reinsurance companies, insurance and benefits brokers, and handling insurance-related issues in infrastructure projects. He also consults on corporate and regulatory matters and interacts with local regulatory agencies.
