We defend all types of companies regulated by the Brazilian Private Insurance Regulator (Susep), as well as company managers.

We assist clients in complying with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

We represent insurance companies in various lawsuits involving D&O, E&O, surety, engineering risks and property insurance, also defending insurers’ interests in class actions and public civil actions. We also act in foreign courts in regard to insurance and reinsurance matters.

We advise on structuring and restructuring pension entities and benefit plans, audits of pension plans within the scope of transactions, transferring plans from the closed to the open system, and accessing private pension fund reserves.
