Sólon Cunha

Experience
With extensive experience in labor and trade union matters, Sólon specializes in legal consulting, preventative legal assistance and strategic litigation. A significant aspect of his practice concerns defending companies in proceedings involving the Labor Prosecutor’s Office, especially in public civil actions. He also assists in formalizing and hiring company executives, as well as planning their short-term and long-term incentives and variable compensation.
Sólon is a member of the International Bar Association, the Ibero-American Association of Labor Law and Social Security (Asociación Iberoamericana de Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social – AIDTSS) and the Superior Council of the Federation of Labor Relations for the State of São Paulo (Fiesp).
He is also a coordinating professor at the Law School of Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV Law).
