Experience
Raphael’s practice focuses on structured finance transactions, including acquisition finance, syndicated financing, debt restructurings, and cross-border transactions. He has been advising investors, financial institutions and companies on debt transactions carried out in capital and financial markets for over ten years, such as those regarding debentures, credit rights investment funds (FIDCs), securitization transactions via real estate receivables certificates and agribusiness receivables certificates. Raphael has particular expertise in advising agribusiness players, such as rural producers, cooperatives and the agribusiness industry in general, especially regarding regulatory and financing matters. He previously worked as an international associate at White & Case in New York.
