Mattos Filho has launched the third edition of ‘Structural Issues in Law Firm Management’, a program coordinated in partnership with one of the top law schools in the United States, Fordham Law School. The program will run online from January 27 to May 5, 2023.
Featuring more than 25 leading professionals from across the spectrum of the international legal market, the program discusses cutting-edge issues and best practices in law firm management. It also offers an open space for participants to network and exchange experiences.
“For a third consecutive year, we are set to gather many of the sector’s leading names to discuss what it means to be a partner or a business leader at a law firm. The program provides a unique opportunity for participants to think strategically and envision innovative solutions for law firms,” said Amadeu Ribeiro, program co-director and resident partner at Mattos Filho’s New York office.
Recommended for partners, senior associates, and managers in leadership positions within law firms, the program will be conducted in English each Friday between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. (New York time/UTC-5). An in-person conference will be held in New York on May 11 and 12. Attendance will be optional and subject to possible restrictions from local health authorities.
The topics that the course covers include law firm strategies and business models, governance, leadership, recruitment and talent retention, finances, marketing, technology and cybersecurity, and client relationship management.
