Stefano’s broad experience in civil and corporate litigation covers judicial and administrative matters, arbitration, as well as mediation of disputes involving the financial system, capital markets, M&A, restructuring and insolvency (bankruptcy, in and out-of-court reorganization), credit recovery, contractual disputes, agribusiness and real estate – representing local and international clients. Stefano also assists with general auditing and advisory matters, legal opinions, debt restructuring and real estate transactions.
