She has extensive experience advising clients in acquiring, financing, developing and selling all types of real estate assets. Janaína’s expertise not only covers niche areas such as shopping centers, office buildings, logistics and industrial warehouses, real estate finance, but also complex rural real estate deals involving timber acquisition, agribusiness and ESG aspects.
Janaína has been acting as the lead real estate attorney in transactions involving multi-million-dollar acquisitions and divestitures and she is particularly distinguished for her work with forestry investments.
