Experience
Adriano specializes in mineral policy and mining sector regulations, with significant domestic and international experience. He works with the mining sector, focusing on project development, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and ESG factors linked to mining.
Based in Brasília, Adriano monitors legal issues involving regulatory agencies in the sector, such as the National Mining Agency (ANM). He is a professor at the University of Brasília (UnB) and also teaches courses on Mineral Law and Policy at other Brazilian and foreign institutions.
