Our main services

From the call for bids until the end of contracts, we represent clients throughout all stages of public contracting. This includes demands for economic and financial rebalancing, extending contractual terms and renewing public bids for administrative contracts, concessions, seaport leases and other adjustments.

Among other activities, we assist clients in their relationships with state-owned companies, consult on legal frameworks concerning state-owned companies, provide support to corporate transactions and the sale of state-owned assets.

Our team is highly qualified in arbitration involving public authorities for various sectors, including urban mobility, highways, telecommunications and airports.

We represent clients in administrative proceedings before various regulatory agencies, such as the Brazilian Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC), the Brazilian Land Transport Agency (ANTT), and the Brazilian Water Transport Agency (ANTAQ). We also represent clients before the Public Prosecutor’s Offices, the Federal Comptroller General’s Office (CGU), the Financial Activity Control Council (COAF), the Office of the General Counsel for the Federal Government (AGU), and the Federal Court of Accounts (TCU).

We file writs of mandamus, habeas data and annulment actions, and represent clients in civil liability lawsuits and proceedings against the state for damages to private assets.

We provide legal assistance to clients facing direct and indirect expropriation, preservation, and easement proceedings, as well as other interventions on private property undertaken by public authorities.

We represent clients in administrative misconduct lawsuits and conduct adjustment agreements, as well as public-interest civil actions related to the protection of public assets.

We advise and represent clients in constitutional control actions before the Federal Supreme Court and other federal and state courts, also acting as amicus curiae.

We represent clients before public authorities in relation to administrative acts.
