In our commitment to promoting a better work environment for all, we have developed specific institutional policies toward equality, creating six affinity groups linked to the five pillars that make up the program – gender equity, LGBTQIAPN+ rights, racial equity, rights of people with disabilities, and religious freedom.

Climate change is a global concern and calls for urgent action. For this reason, we are committed to reducing our impact on the environment and promoting environmental awareness among our professionals. The firm has already signed up to the United Nations Business Ambition for 1.5°C: Our Only Future campaign, establishing the goal of zeroing our greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. We are also part of the Net Zero Lawyers Alliance, a group of leading international law firms that mobilizes and collaborates to tackle climate change.
