Experience
Isabela’s practice focuses on complex litigation, with an emphasis on product liability. She represents both Brazilian and foreign clients in the tobacco, technology and food and beverage sectors in court litigation, notably high-stakes class actions, and administrative proceedings before the Public Prosecutor’s Office and consumer-protection authorities. She also provides strategic consulting that enables clients to launch innovative business models, navigate evolving consumer-protection frameworks, and mitigate litigation risk.
