Experience
Eduardo represents clients in domestic and international arbitration matters related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate disputes, infrastructure, and particularly in conflicts arising from construction agreements and public concessions. He also represents clients in complex litigation in the areas of environmental law, information technology, infrastructure, and arbitration-related disputes.
Eduardo was a vice president of the International Chamber of Commerce’s (ICC) International Court of Arbitration from 2018 through 2024, and has been a member of the International Council for International Arbitration’s (ICCA) governing body since 2022. He was a founder and former president of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee, and remains a board member. Eduardo was also a founder and a vice president of the Latin American Arbitration Association (ALARB) and a vice president of the International Bar Association’s (IBA) Arbitration Committee.
