INPI deadlines are reestablished as of June 1st
The deadlines had been suspended since March
The Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (INPI) announced the return of the procedural deadlines on June 1st, according to a statement published in the Brazilian Industrial Property Gazette (RPI) No. 2577, of May 26, 2020.
From now on, all procedural deadlines will be counted again from when they were suspended. On the other hand, the deadlines that have not yet started as a result of the suspension must be counted as from June 1st.
