Victor advises domestic and foreign clients in connection with public and private M&A transactions, joint ventures, and complex corporate reorganizations. He has substantial experience in Energy M&A, as well as in advising investors and management with corporate governance and corporate regulatory matters.
Victor previously worked as a foreign associate at the New York offices of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton.
