Maria advises a wide range of security issuers and works with financial institutions providing monetary services, fund managers, investment funds, institutional investors, publicly-traded companies and international issuers in litigation and pre-litigation linked to the capital market and investment fund sectors. She also assists with administrative and judicial proceedings, arbitrations and pre-litigation negotiations.
Prior to focusing on litigation and arbitration, she worked for over 10 years in structuring and negotiating products for the capital market industry, including investment funds.
