With a particular focus on issues related to direct taxes, Gil works on corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and Brazilian multinationals’ investments in both Brazil and abroad.
He also has substantial experience in matters involving indirect Brazilian taxes (IPI, ICMS, ISS, ISS and PIS/Cofins).
