Experience
Caio has extensive experience advising on numerous IPOs and follow-ons, as well as advising intermediary institutions and issuers in registering publicly-held companies, establishing securities distribution programs – such as units – and in day-to-day corporate and regulatory activities. Caio represents clients in mergers and acquisitions (including De-SPACs), debt and securitization offers, financing, and structured transactions, including for infrastructure projects. He also works with international transactions involving multiple jurisdictions, such as loans and bond issuances.
