Experience

Victoria works with insolvency and corporate restructuring matters, including private debt restructuring, mediation and insolvency proceedings, as well as transactions and agreements involving highly indebted companies.

 

Advising both Brazilian and foreign clients, she advises and represents creditors, investors and debtors in private and judicial restructurings, including in related litigation.

 

Since 2020, Victoria has been a member of the Brazilian Council of Justice’s (CNJ) Working Group on Good Practices in Judicial Reorganization and Bankruptcy, which became the National Forum for Business Reorganization and Bankruptcy (FONAREF) in 2022. She is also a member of the NextGen Program (Class XIV) at the International Insolvency Institute.
