Ricardo advises in administrative and civil litigation and corporate arbitration, with over 20 years of experience in the field. He represents companies from several sectors in the areas of Infrastructure and Energy, Logistics, Mining, Transportation, Real estate, Banking, and Pharmacy.
He has a strong performance both in advising and conducting arbitration procedures and lawsuits in the areas of civil and corporate law, in addition to advising on government franchise agreements and public-private partnerships.
He is a Professor of Negotiation Techniques in the Brazilian Lato Sensu Postgraduate Program on "Commercial Arbitration and Consensus Methods of Conflict Resolution" at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro – PUC-RJ (Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro).
He is also a member of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr) and the Parker School of Foreign and Comparative Law (Columbia Law School) and the International Chamber of Commerce.
