Juliana Gomes Ramalho Monteiro


Juliana has been working with foundations and associations for over 20 years, applying her extensive experience in corporate, administrative, contractual, tax and social security consulting to areas such as education, health, culture and social welfare. She also works in Mattos Filho’s ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance) practice area – a pioneer in the Brazilian legal market – and advises both companies and families in private social investment matters. Juliana is a member of the Global Compact’s Corporate Governance Committee and also represents Mattos Filho in the Ethos Institute’s Human Rights and Companies group. She has previously worked as an international associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton’s New York office.
