Érika has more than 15 years of experience in providing counsel on labor and union-related matters, as well as in supporting M&A and corporate restructuring transactions.
She works with preparing and adjusting compensation and benefit plans and represents companies in judicial and administrative litigation with the Labor Prosecutor’s Office and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
