Mattos Filho in Brazil´s largest-ever IPO
Mattos Filho assisted the public offering (IPO) of Companhia Brasileira de Meios de Pagamento (VisaNet Brasil) shares. The issue was the world´s largest so far in 2009 and an all-time record in Brazilian history.
Visanet´s IPO marks the return of growth to the Brazilian capitals market after the global financial crisis that started in 2008.
